Rescua is a web3 protocol in development by a team of visionaries, innovators, technology and energy experts focused on developing cutting-edge solutions to solve some of the planet’s biggest problems and address immediate global concerns. Our initial technology strategy was born from witnessing and experiencing the failures in market and energy industry that have resulted in incommensurate and deficient adoption of renewable energy assets and sustainability initiatives. There is a growing gap in terms of on-boarding new renewable energy sources and their access to markets, which delay the innovation in the energy landscape. Our company along with its platform can accelerate the adoption of existing renewable energy sources, seamlessly onboard new renewable energy technologies, mitigate the climate change issues, and promote sustainable energy development. In short, we intend to fix the problem by bridging the existing deficiencies in the energy sector and help transition the world towards a greener sustainable energy horizon. The traditional, linear flow of transactive energy from the producing source to consumers is becoming increasingly granular and decentralized. An influx of renewable energy sources and assets are joining the energy ecosystem globally. The Rescua web3 Protocol is being developed as one of the pivotal digital technologies which can bring more direct engagement and interaction between the energy producer and consumer. Rescua could enable individuals, companies, and even smart devices and IoT linked energy storage media to interact and transact directly. With this, Sync Neural’s Rescua web3 Protocol can play a key role in the energy transition, but web3 alone will not be enough. A complex digital infrastructure would be needed that is made up of a suite of technologies and application stacks, including blockchain and AI\ML frameworks, that could execute digital orchestration at a massive scale. With a holistic and innovative approach, Sync Neural’s Rescua web3 Protocol will empower and enable individuals, environmental activists, governments, and industries, to work together.

Netzium Asset Backed Token – NZM

Netzium (NZM) an asset backed token backed by renewable energy. The supply of which is computed for any given market by the algorithm operating on the rescua web3 ecosystem (Rw3E) to drive towards netzero targets set for each country. The algorithm pegs the token to a fixed 100kWh of renewable energy. As a single market hits net-zero, its NZM holder can trade cross-border to aid the expansion of the rescua web3 ecosystem and assist the market to hit net-zero. Rw3E will maintain algorithmically a fixed stable value of 100kwh of renewable energy per one NZM. This will enable liquidity locking to finance and accelerate the transition to netzero at speed and scale and the emergence of a programmable economy powered by equal distribution of programmable electricity per capita globally which Sync has coined as the “Energy Daily Entitlement” (EDE) of 10kWh per person per day.

Synchronized Governance Organization – SGO

The SGO is a governance and ownership model developed by Sync Neural. At its heart, the SGO is a smart contract designed to facilitate the finance, governance, and management of renewable energy projects. It is designed to allow safe and transparent financial contributions from both the public and institutions to deliver clean energy capacity. The nucleus of the rescua web3 ecosystem driven by an algorithm formulating the structure of each SGO smart contract based on macro-economic factors of a township, municipality, country, business, or even a household, to transition to net-zero whilst providing the platform to either attain the minimum energy daily entitlement (EDE) of 10kWh per person per day, or provide awareness on how to reduce the EDE to 10kWh. Providing the awareness and a platform for enagement will bring action, which then will synchronize attitudes towards the battle on climate change.

We believe that every person in the world is entitled to 10kWh of energy per day and we have named this the Empowerment Certificate. By purchasing an EPC, public, organizations and institutions can deliver fair and equitable finance for renewables projects to ensure everyone gets fair access to clean energy, water, and air.
