Himesh has been an entrepreneur for past 31 years and has an extensive background in the hospitality industry ranging from analyst, operations, sales, marketing, technology, and financing. Himesh has managed private equity fund structures targeting key industries, in particular Renewable Energy, Hospitality, Life Sciences, Material Sciences and exploring the bridge between fiat currency and crypto assets. 21 years after the Internet boom he is applying his technology experience, his funding experience, his strategic planning experience, his management experience and most importantly his international network spanning from China to Peru towards climate change and renewable energy related to aiding governments and industry to reach their Net-Zero targets.

Bevin Eldaphonse
Bevin is the Chief Strategist for Sync Neural Genesis, reporting to the Founder and working alongside the Board of Directors. He is in charge of the high-level technical strategy, technology evaluations, and technologies development pathways. Bevin excels in advancing the company vision, creating, executing, and maintaining short and long-range strategic plans and translating business objectives into innovative solutions. Bevin has held senior management positions in major energy projects with Shell, CNRL, and Enbridge focussing on problem solving, innovation and leadership. His unique skill-set combining technical engineering prowess, management expertise, and strategic acumen had been instrumental in the completion of several critical industrial project segments and engineering programs that he was part of. At the start of his career, Bevin gained multifaceted experience through consulting for national organizations like Government of Canada, and technology leaders like Dell and IBM. At the same time, chasing his passion for innovation and technology development, Bevin was the co-founder of Beorb, a high-technology enabler and engineering solutions start-up in the industrial robotics and deep-tech domains with operational presence in USA and Canada. During that time, as an innovation partner and chief developer, he contributed to the design and implementation of systems architecture and key technologies in multiple domains. Tasked with taking the Sync initiatives and services to next level, Bevin is also comfortable being in the front-line of development in Blockchain, AI, and Next-Gen Computing. Bevin is trained in Systems Engineering from University of Oxford and he has got a background in mechanical engineering with a strong research focus in computational methods. He also holds a Masters in Law (LL.M) in International Business Law specialization from University of London.

Shami’ is entrepreneurially spirited and has managed and invested into several companies in different sectors including telecom, real estate development, mining, trading and Fintech. He has over 10 years of experience in private equity and asset management. His served on several Board of Directors in countries such as Turkey, Russia, United Kindom and UAE and understands governance and is now applying the last two decades of experience towards the environment. This experience has allowed him to establish instrumental and strong connections in the business, political and investment circles across this region. He has recently been researching blockchain architectures related to payments, decentralized finance and digital asset solutions. Shami along with his teamate Jose will implement the core strucutre of Sync Neural being the Public Private Partnerships globally utilizing our proprietary blockchain protocol designed for onboarding Decentaralized Autonomous Organizations with renewable energy technologies with smart contracts linked to Sync Neural’s own Stablecoin backed by renewable energy, water and critical minerals. Shami has a BA (Hons) degree in Politics and International relations from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Pratul Unadkat
Pratul began his career as an infectious disease scientist in London working at a university and latter moving on to work for several small to large life science companies. He then had the responsibility to lead all the commercialization and business affairs of numerous life science products globally. His result oriented focus for over twenty years proved successful and he evolved into a strategic thinker with extensive business development skills, operational skills and the cutrual skills having worked in EMEA, LATAM, Russia and Asia Pacific. Pratul is also skilled at identifying and leveraging synergistic opportunities across all technological assets in multiple territories with the aim to provide all stakeholders healthy returns and quality of life. He is a chartered marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing U.K., Chartered Biologist with Institute of Biology U.K., he is a member of the Singapore Institute of Management and also member of the Royal Society of Microbiology U.K.

Alaa is currently ensuring communicates the right message to the various stakeholders. Alaa is an Entrepreneur and Strategic Team player, he helps the Sync Neural Genesis Team by implementing a rich track record of experience from creating and growing innovative businesses in the field of Financial Technology and corporate and financial structuring. Alaa began his career in Etisalat the Biggest Telecom Operator in MENA area; at the time when they started the Fiber Optic Cables Technology early 2000s and helped build the Bulk Policy and Managing all the VVIPs accounts in Abu Dhabi City then moved to work in investment banking, trading complex derivatives for CMC Markets Dubai & Mashreq Bank Treasury Department. After Treasury, he joined Arab Investment Authority AAAID and worked closely with the Investment Committee (they had over AED 1.2 Billion Portfolio of Investment), and Headed the Restructuring of AAAID, and arranged conferences between the Shareholders Committee (Arabic Ministers of Finance & Ministers of Agriculture) in Cairo. These early successes led him to establish, the first Digital Diplomacy Agency in Dubai which executed projects at a governmental level where he helped to build the Brand of UAE Globally in 10 Different languages with offices across 4 Countries. Alaa is also an expert in blockchain and DeFi, He has an M.B.A from Manchester Business School.

Jose Mimbrero
A professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who successfully created his first company more than 21 years ago. Oriented to the technology sector, he has developed his career leading teams in the management of software development projects both in Europe and in the Middle East, working mainly on command-and-control systems for company operations and simulation systems for training in various fields. Throughout his career, Jose has proven excellent leadership and management skills, technical experience and flexibility, which are non tangible assets he brings to Sync Neural to implement the core structure of the network being the Public Private Partnerships globally. Jose’s software development experience will allow him to manage the implementation of Sync Neural’s technologies through its individual markets and identify the external strategic partners to onboard onto the Sync Neural network. His mission-critical skills and attention to detail empowers him to be the link between all the various technology initiatives that are with the research and development team.

Prashant Chandola
An executive behind rapid, ROI-backed advances in organizational capability and performance, he arrives with focus on harnessing processes that help accomplish core corporate goals and the vision of the Founder. As a process infrastructure evangelist, Prashant is entrusted with strategic planning and streamlining while collaborating with executives across the group. A take-charge manager that leverages entrepreneurial drive and market acumen for success in Sync Neural India. Prashant has been instrumental in the manifestation of the Rescua algorithm. He has contributed the entire dataset single handedly that he researched and computerized using the company’s proprietary algorithm that calculates the Public Private Partnership’s financial requirements, issuance of an asset backed token and net-zero target for every market. He has contoured this reporting system and authored single market reports for over 100 countries. As a holder of dual postgraduate diplomas in entrepreneurism.

Philip Christopher
A public policy and government procurement professional with twenty plus years of experience spanning international trade and investment, education and vocational training, business development and law; these honed across working in various leadership roles for the Indian and British governments and leading multi-national companies. He has in-depth knowledge in government’s policies and programs; hands-on experience with the state and central government departments, corporate entities, multilateral agencies, legal, compliance and regulatory bodies. He has previously advised and worked closely with various United Nations entities such as UNDP, UNODC, and the Asian Development Bank. Philip is monitering the legal framework and the paradigm shift in the renewable energy sector as it begins to take center stage in the energy field. He is ensuring that our entry into the digital currency arena is timed right as to not get entangled in the web of crypto currencies and misunderstood by the regulators that are learning as the market moves. Philip is tasked with building our global network of legal and governmental affairs individuals representing Sync Neural in every single market in which the company forges a Public Private Partnership to own and manage the renewable energy generation, storage and transmission with the majority entrusted to the public to assure its sustainability.

Mikhel graduated with bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Economics from the University of Central Florida. He then honed his industry research and forecasting skills in both professional and entrepreneurial roles in Dubai, Switzerland, and the United States. Mikhel is an entrepreneur and strategic team player implementing a rich track record of experience in financial structuring to ensure the execution of the financial strategies are aligned to the overall company strategy. Mikhel, Bevin, David and Shami are researching the underlying architecture of Sync Neural’s stablecoin as it relates to the commercial and financial implications of utilizing Sync Neural’s stable coin, which will also be backed by potable water and critical minerals. The tokenomics of such a stablecoin requires broad understanding of macro-economics, micro-economics and fiscal policies and the interplay that will emerge with central bank digital currencies; Mikhel and his team will ensure the financial system backing our Public Private Partnerships is ever evolving and adapting to the market as the Head of Rescua.

Dan has worked in internet technology since the early 1990s. He started a web development company the year he left university and has not stopped innovating since. He is a highly experienced and effective technical leader with more than 25 years’ background in internet application software, internet infrastructure, edtech, cloud and edge technology sectors. He is an experienced agile software and product professional with a deep understanding of the development lifecycle of stable, saleable software platforms. A graduate of Churchill College, Cambridge, he has worked extensively with European, North American and Asian companies ranging in size from startups to multi-billion global corporations including at C-suite level in blockchain, Ai/ML, big data and energy startups. His role at Sync Neural is to ensure that the roadmap for the technology is clear, that the technical team are passionate about their work and that we deliver a product that users love.

Solving problems using logic translated into computer code eventually leading to the development of software has been Hari’s innate knowledge. At the age of 15, he completed a diploma in Fortran and COBOL programming at Coimbatore Institute of Technology. During the same period, he developed several educational programs for the Department of Education for grades 10,11, and 12. He developed a software program for a bank for the first computer retailer in India called Tamilnadu Electronic Devices. He delve into research in interfacing software with hardware for robotics and Artificial Intelligence. He developed an Inventory control software program for the largest university system in Houston, Texas while attending school. He has developed several accounting software programs and pioneered an application called EasyPro which is still in use today. Developed an “Image Processing” software which would read tiff files and help convert the same into an RDBMS database. The software was used for converting old microfiche documents into a modern database for better analysis purposes. When Himesh opened his first office in India in 2000 for InnHanse, Hari put his skills to develop “Economaax”, a secure Internet chat and data transfer tool. This tool would provide a server and client environment, and used his proprietory protocol which was highly secure and usable by banks for querying accounts from their different branches; but he was just too ahead of the market. However, the Content Engine called “PIE”, which helped gather, manage and syndicate content over the WWW was a program written in VB and ASP, it helped editors located anywhere in the world to input local content. The process involved a multi tier editing process and rewarded the editors with a point system. The syndication engine delivered the most updated information into the hotel room online portals branded “Quicksliver” by InnHanse. Hari developed a fully integrated High-Speed Internet Access delivery software for hotels, with remote management capabilities. He is currently researching the next-generation IoT products widely used by the hospitality segments and the home automation.

Priyanka joins Sync Neural as one its youngest members and she is excited to kick-start a new chapter as the head of Public Relation as she believes the project to be a game-changer. Having worked with the largest & oldest real estate brand in the world – Coldwell Banker; she has gained significant exposure and built networks within the real estate sector in UAE It was during her time working in the property sector where she discovered her passion for communications and building relations. Always keen to learn and innovate; she puts on her thinking hat during a crisis situation and has as a result executed several other roles outside her own. At the age of 16, she became the lead anchor for the event: ‘Feelings’- UAE’s first-ever cross-culture talent hunt’. Throughout her college life, she participated in more challenging roles as a public speaker. She was also an active member of the editorial team writing creative content for blogs which gave her a 360-degree PR exposure & worked with Ruth Sinkler, a prominent writer in the Netherlands who helped expand her view of the world. Outside her professional boundaries, she is an avid reader, a travel-enthusiast and has a passion for DeFi yield farming in the fast evolving digitization of industries.

Dia has held positions supervising and overseeing operations within the security and logistics industry, whilst gaining his status as a Human Resource Management graduate from the University of Wollongong in Australia. His strong skillset lies with people management, relations and services tied to his passion for protecting the environment and focusing on business development in the renewable energy field in Australia and surrounding region. His education and skillset are the perfect combination to drive his motivations in achieving the goals of bringing awareness of the environment and the natural capital that is in his region of responsibility. As the Sync Neural business development manager managing the Australian market, he is engaging with the business leaders, policy-makers, and general public to initiate the momentum to target economic based Net-Zero targets.

Kishan Patel
Kishan joins Sync Neural as the only individual having gained experience in the sale of solar energy systems to homeowners in the state of California. His excited to kick-start a new division for SyncNerual for renewable energy sales into the homeowners market as well as the commercial market. Kishan having earned a BS degree in entertainment management is also researching how to onboard the music and movie industries onto the SyncNeural network to combat climate change and develop customized net-zero target goals for companies. His knowledge on selling, financing and installing solar power systems brings valuable insights into the customer’s perception of renewable energy, climate change initiatives and understanding of greenhouse gasses. Kishan and his team will empower the public through our Public Private Partnerships to generate their own energy and provide micro-ownership of the SyncNeural Network with the potential to scale where grid parity could be achieved.

Olivia co-founded GetZero, an educational app for students to decarbonise their home – virtually and in reality. Olivia is a graduate of the Carbon13 climate accelerator; and the Cambridge Judge Business School accelerator. Her mission is to activate young people in the transition to a circular and sustainable economy; translating their climate anxiety into agency. Olivia is a connector with a collaborative leadership style. She has always looked for challenges – studying Chinese and French at University, joining the army reserves, completing a second degree in physiotherapy and competing in team and endurance sports at national level. She is curious about people and cultures and has worked cross-sectorally in countries such as Sierra Leone, France, China and Kenya. She is passionate about partnerships – in particular bridging the gap between two generations both fighting for the same NetZero future.
