Fuat serves as the Chairman Advisory Board at Sync Neural Genesis AG, leading Aeir's strategy function as Chairman of the Board of Advisors. He has held roles as CFO in technology firms, Head of M&A, and Investment Director in the Private Equity sector. He completed his Post-Doc at the University of Oxford and conducted his Ph.D. research and studies at the University of Heidelberg and Harvard University, investigating the strategic and financial decision-making behavior of executives, investment banks, and investors. Further, he teaches Corporate Strategy and M&A courses at business schools and mentors exceptionally talented high schoolers in dedicated programs
